THE RULES

1. 01

   Beats are free.

   Every beat in the archive is offered at no cost. No payment, no subscription.

2. 02

   One exclusive claim.

   Each beat can be downloaded once. After the claim, the beat is locked from the vault.

3. 03

   Three-month window.

   The claimer has 3 months to release a finished song using the beat on streaming platforms.

4. 04

   Or it returns.

   If no release ships in that window, the beat re-enters the archive as 'Re-released'.

5. 05

   Original use never expires.

   The first downloader may continue to use the beat — but exclusivity is gone.

6. 06

   Credit required.

   All releases must credit the production as 'prod. GATTI'.

7. 07

   No resale.

   The beat file itself may not be resold, leased, or redistributed.
